Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times:

• Israel: 14–30 business days
• Other countries: 15–35 business days

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 40 days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
